Refund Policy

The enrollment application fee and tuition reservation deposit are nonrefundable except in the following circumstances:

Utah Crescent Academy is unable to offer admission to the student.

A student remains on the waiting list and is not offered placement during the applicable academic year.

A family chooses to withdraw a student from the waiting list before an enrollment offer is extended for the applicable academic year.

A student withdraws before attending any classes and subsequently re-enrolls during the same academic year. In such cases, the previously paid tuition reservation deposit may be credited toward the new enrollment.

Tuition and other program-related fees are not subject to refund or reduction due to student absences, temporary school closures, weather-related events, public health emergencies, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the Academy’s reasonable control.
